Round Baler (S9000)
Traction Device: Maximum torque of 1000 Nm, adjustable tilt angle, lateral steering angle of 100°, and maximum lateral tilt angle of tractor at 30°, solving the problem with existing trailed round balers where the traction device can only be adjusted horizontally and cannot tilt, affecting work efficiency and progress.
Round Baler (S9000 Classic)
Traction System: Uses a self-developed double universal joint drive shaft and adds a safety torque drive shaft to protect the machine’s components and solve the problem of drive shaft jamming when turning in small plots with the traction-type round baler.
Hydraulic System: Adopts H-type ferrule joints, increasing load-bearing pressure and enabling faster opening and closing of the chamber; a buffer cylinder is installed in the rear chamber to prevent damage from vibrations during closing; equipped with a heavy-duty gearbox to increase transmission torque, and the rear chamber uses a dual-side sprocket transmission design, making baling operations more stable and efficient.

Rear Chamber: Uses dual 20A heavy-duty chains to increase compression pressure, resulting in higher bale density, which can reach 500 – 1000 jin, meeting customer needs.
Towing Device: Maximum torque of 1000 Nm, adjustable tilt angle, lateral steering angle of 100°, and a maximum tractor lateral tilt limit of 30°. This addresses the issue with existing tow-type round balers, whose towing devices can only adjust horizontally and cannot tilt, affecting operation efficiency and progress.
Working Principle of the Baler
First, its wide-width pickup device collects loose materials such as field straw and forage grass, which are then uniformly fed into the compression chamber via the conveying system. Next, a hydraulically driven piston or roller compacts the materials into dense shapes under high pressure, while the intelligent control system monitors pressure in real time to ensure uniform bale density. Once the preset size is reached, the binding mechanism automatically secures the bales with hemp rope or plastic rope, and a counter synchronously records the number of bales produced. Finally, the discharge mechanism unloads the bales.
The entire process features seamless automated connection, enabling efficient resource utilization of loose materials while significantly reducing labor costs and material waste.
